The City runs the Bloomington Green Home Improvement Program which connects homeowners with local lending partners that can provide affordable financing specifically for energy-efficiency upgrades such as purchasing a new appliance. There are also rebates available through this program which can further reduce the cost of upgrading your home’s appliances.
